Shipping and Delivery


When will my order ship?

Very soon! We ship fast and frequently. Orders received before 5 pm EST are shipped the same day. We offer free shipping throughout the continental United States. Most East Coast orders are delivered the following business day.

When will my order arrive?

East Coast orders usually arrive within a day of ordering. West Coast orders may take a few days. 2-day delivery option for a flat fee of $9.95 per order is also available.

What is the shipping cost?

We provide free FedEx ground shipping on all orders. If you choose the free shipping option, your order will be shipped on the same business day. Please click the link to view the estimated delivery date.

If you require expedited delivery for your printing supplies, you can select the 2-day delivery option for a flat fee of $9.95 per order.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only offer shipping to addresses within the lower 48 states, as well as APO and FPO addresses. However, if you have a freight forwarder based in the USA, we can ship the order to them, and they can handle forwarding it to your preferred international address.

How do I track my order?

A FedEx tracking number will be supplied when your order ships. You can track orders through FedEx Ground.

What payment options are available?

We accept all major credit cards, Amazon Pay, and PayPal.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax varies by location. Toner Buzz charges sales tax in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Sales tax is based on your shipping location. If you are a tax-free organization, you can file for sales tax exemption under the Sales Tax Settings of your Toner Buzz account.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged immediately upon placing the order. Since we only sell items that we can ship on the same business day, the payment will be processed at the time of purchase.

Is my credit card information safe?

Yes, your personal information including credit card information is completely safe on our website. We employ DigiCert, a reputable security service provider, to ensure a safe and secure environment for transmitting sensitive data online.

Additionally, our website is equipped with an SSL certificate, a widely recognized security protocol that establishes an encrypted connection between our web server and your browser. This encryption safeguards your information from unauthorized access or interception.

Please note that we do not store your credit card information unless you choose to save it.


Returns and Product Authenticity


How do I know I'm getting genuine OEM products?

We only sell genuine OEM printing supplies! You can tell by the original packaging and the manufacturer's product seals and logos on the printing supplies inside.

What is your return policy?

You can return unopened, undamaged products for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returning opened items and returning items after 30 days will be handled case by case.

What is the process for returning an item?

You can open a return request under My Account on the Toner Buzz website. Once a return request is opened, a Toner Buzz representative will be in contact within one business day. You must have an approved return authorization before returning items.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

You can request a replacement for your damaged or defective item under the My Account tab on the Toner Buzz website. Have a copy of your Supplies Status Page and pictures of the damaged/defective item.

Keep all original packaging in case the item needs to be returned. Please wait until Toner Buzz sends you a return authorization before returning your items.

Do you offer any warranties on your products?

Yes! In addition to the OEM warranty offered on all products, Toner Buzz offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Are all toner cartridges the same?

No. Make sure to check the compatibility of your toner cartridge before ordering.

What if I don't know which toner cartridge is compatible with my printer?

Simply type your printer brand and model into the search box on the main page of the Toner Buzz website, and we'll find the right toner cartridge for your printer!

When should I replace my printer toner?

Your printer will let you know when to change your toner cartridge. You will get a low toner warning before your cartridge runs empty.

Do I need color printer cartridges or just black?

You have a color printer if you have more than one cartridge inside your printer. Congratulations! You will need four cartridges for your color printer: black (K), cyan (C), yellow (Y), and magenta (M). Monochrome printers (black and white) only use black cartridges.

Why does toner cost more than ink?

Although ink cartridges have a lower price tag compared to toner cartridges, they yield significantly fewer printed pages. This difference in output volume contributes to the higher cost of toner.

What is the difference between high-yield and standard-yield toner cartridges?

Simply put, high-yield cartridges have more toner inside than standard-yield cartridges. High-yield cartridges cost more upfront but can print more pages, lowering overall print costs.

What kind of page yield should I look for?

If you print many pages per month, invest in a high-yield cartridge. If your printing needs are modest, save some money and stick with a standard-yield toner cartridge.

Should I buy a single cartridge or a combo pack?

A combo pack includes two printer cartridges and can save you money and the inconvenience of running out of printing supplies during a job. If you own a color printer, we suggest purchasing a set of printer cartridges. Cartridge sets include four color cartridges — black, cyan, magenta, and yellow. Printer cartridge sets are priced cheaper than purchasing the four cartridges separately.

How can I extend the life of my toner cartridge?

With regular maintenance and proper use, you can maximize the life of your toner cartridge.

  • Store cartridges in a cool, dry place, and keep them in their original packaging until you need to use them.
  • Adjust your printer settings to reduce the amount of toner used per page. Using draft mode can reduce the amount of toner consumed.
  • Try toner-saving fonts.
